The Islamic Education Foundation of NJ (IEF), is a top tier private Islamic school system composed of Al-Hikmah Elementary School (PreK-6th ) & Al-Ghazaly High School (7th-12th). We have been serving the Northern NJ community for nearly 40 years preparing the next generation of young Muslims ready to succeed in today’s world.

Together we commit to our core values of Faith, Character, Dignity & Respect as we cultivate civic-minded, professionally successful, God-conscious Muslim leaders .

FAITH

At the IEF schools, FAITH stands as a fundamental pillar of our core values, woven intricately into the fabric of our educational ethos. We inspire our students to deepen their understanding and knowledge of our beautiful deen. Students develop a love and appreciation for the Quran as well as the skills and motivation for life-long learning. Formal and informal educational programs are infused with religious meaning and cultivate spiritual growth.

CHARACTER

The IEF schools aim to instill within our students the utmost prophetic CHARACTER as taught to us in the Quran and relayed to us through the prophetic narrations.

Our school community actively promotes acts of kindness, teamwork, and ethical decision-making, providing students with ample opportunities to practice and demonstrate these values in real-life situations. By nurturing strong character foundations, we empower our students to lead with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
